The Black Neon Tetra, scientifically known as Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi, is a captivating species of freshwater fish that belongs to the Characidae family. This small, yet visually stunning fish is native to the rivers and streams of South America, particularly in Brazil and Paraguay.
